Oh yes! The original A:TLA was also great with its heroes and villains; you either loved or loved-to-hate everyone - my favorites were Zuko and Sokka and I loved them for entirely different reasons; and then while my favorite thing about Zuko was his redemption story, I also adored Azula for being pretty close to irredeemable (while still understandable!)

And Korra is following in those footsteps (am sooooo curious what exactly Amon's deal is!) People doing the wrong things for the right reasons, and for the wrong reasons, but they're all entertaining characters...
