I'm still crossing fingers for Paulie myself, though until he gets a flashback of his own (why is he so attached to Iceberg?) it's not a certainty. I don't think it's going to be Franky, even if I like him now more than I ever thought I could. The anime doesn't think he's going to be, either; they cast the guy who played Jango and Bon Clay - supporting char voice, not crew voice. And Paulie's seiyuu is an unknown - so he can be signed on indefinitely, probably no other commitments. So, there's more hope!
