I wandered in here through FF.net, and happened to read this, and now I must thank you for introducing me to the fun that is Eyeshield. I also don't normally like sports manga/anime as much, but . . . *shrugs* Here I am, waiting for the next chapter with much anticipation. And much agreement as to Hiruma as well. Point of interest - SJ had an intro chapter to Eyeshield in one of their issues, and they mention Hiruma and his "imaginary machine gun".
