I've never seen Static Shock, so I'm starting from scratch with those characters, but I adore both Smallville's Lex and the JLU's Lex, and I'm already fascinated by your kidnapping set-up, so I'm definitely in this to the end. Lex's conversation with Robert was great, with all its hidden layers, and Lex's pristine white suit and deep purple limousine made me smile. Please, please, keep writing! Suspense can kill, you know?
