Yes, the first movie, Ark of Truth, is right after s10 and and before the end of Atlantis s3. It wraps up the Ori storyline. Originally it was supposed to be released this fall, so the time frame wouldn't be so out of whack, but it got pushed back several months - I'm not sure of the reasons.
