Yeah, RTD is all about the character moments, and *handwave* the plot...which I don't really mind all that much; I'd rather sacrifice plot to characters than vice versa. But yeah, this one might have done better as a 3-parter; some of it was so~ slo~w, but then other bits were awful rushed (HOMG GALLIFREY IS COMING AHHH *Doctor with gun* --O GOOD, WE'RE ALL OK, GUYZ.)
