Yeah, I loved the way it was built up to, too - not just in this ep but in the whole show, and last season especially, emphasizing Martin's fear of change and his need of it, so that when he finally does go, even if it's sad that he's leaving the nest (so to speak) you're so happy he's got his wings at last!
