I'm glad it could help! It's still something I'm working through myself; I'm not entirely sure what I feel about all of it. And this was very one-sided in that it doesn't touch upon the personal responsibility we also have to curate our own experiences, which is just as important if not more. But something I find worth thinking about, anyway...
