I'm not that concerned about Lex's Clark underestimating Bad!Lex, though it depends on how much his Lex told him about those dreams. Clark, this Clark, is smart enough to know that Lex's personality (driven, brilliant, Machiavellian) would drive him to some very dark places in a universe where "Luthor" and "Superman" are enemies.
What does concern me is Carrefour's agenda. What is she after? Assuming she had something bigger in mind than switching Lexes just for grins and giggles...is she human? or an advance scout for an alien invasion that Good!Lex has worried about lo these many years?
