Heh - I was very interested how this discussion would play to a "true" slasher. For all I was defending the slash side, I don't always feel like I have the same motivations for writing or reading slash as the majority of my fellow fen. But then, we all have a variety of reasons for liking what we like, and don't understand all of them ourselves; the best any of us can do is try to figure out our own selves!
