The first draft of this fic is finally finished! So it should be smooth posting from here to the end. Provided I don't get distracted by making another AMV...but for now, here's the next chapter, and about three to go.

(For completing the epilogue I rewarded myself by watching the last 2 eps of Gintama, which I hadn't seen. OMGWTFBBQ ^^;;; I love how there is NO POSSIBLE WAY to predict how any given plot is going to turn out. From Santa Claus to schoolgirl shoujo...with cockroaches...Sorachi-sensei, you are a depraved individual and I <3 you forever. April cannot come soon enough. Need mooooore!)

Even though I just reviewed over at FFN, I just want to say thanks again for the speedy update! Only 3 more to go? I shall be sad when there's no more Pandemonium to look forward to, but can only hope you'll write more of the Yorozuya trio in the future. You do them justice ♥

^___^ Well, the next 3 chapters will all be stupidly long, if that helps? And while I don't think I'm going to be writing another Gintama fic this, erm, epic, I'll definitely have at least one more story to post after this one (can you say absurd crossovers FTW? ^^)

Inugami Express FTW! Oh Sadaharu. He's had so little screentime in canon lately. ^^ That sequence just makes me smile. ^__^ (And then you use Saitou, and I keep picturing him as Saitou in Kenshin, which is insane. XD)

And now I want to give Kondou a hug. How did you do that? ^^

And Okita telling Hijikata to stop bleeding so much! And that entire argument, and they get through to Gintoki, and awww... ^____^

I could say I was not thinking of Kenshin's Saitou! ...but that's a complete lie; Saitou's my favorite in RK, and I've been wanting to see his Gintama incarnation ^^ But yeah, it's brainbreaking to imagine so in the end I didn't really try to picture it XD

Kondou, though, I love Kondou more than I should, so had to give him his moment ^_^ And Okita & Hijikata have such very special ways of expressing their not-friendship...

I knew that diamond had something to do with it! And that ending scene, with tinfoil in the rain, surrendering. . . that was really effective. I almost cried.
