Oda-sensei has been practicing his l33t ninja-managaka unpredictability skills. I haven't figured out if it's because he's good at setting things up to seem to be going in one direction and then just changes course, or because he's just that demented creative. Little of both, I suspect.
Don't want Franky to leave the manga, or leave W7? But Franky has got to stay with Iceberg! The cute friendship/family field they generate will be enough to save the city!
