I was behind, only just watched the last two eps (aired in September) tonight. So now have this to say:

WHAT DO YOU FUCKING MEAN TO BE CONTINUED?? WHAT THE FUCK?? EXCUSE ME?? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I swear the ep was fifteen minutes long. I thought it was maybe half done and then 'to be continued' comes up and I pretty much screamed aloud. Talk about pacing. Geeeeze.

Also, pretty damn hardcore, that interrogation. And the one complaint I've had about BSG is the lack of homosocial interaction, so the stuff with Helo and the chief? Yes, more of that, please.

Also I love Adama. Actually both Adamas these days, which wasn't true first season but Lee is developing in such nice ways (not just in shower scenes. Not that the shower scene hurt, mind), and I am impressed by how they manage to give him and Starbuck this incredible slash vibe despite the fact that technically it's a het pairing. But Adama Sr. Oh man. He's just so steady. Ponderous like a rock, you just totally understand why everyone feels so secure with his support. And naturally completely out of his mind.

Also Ensign Ro has now been promoted to Evil Admiral. Heh. (Even though I needed imdb to id her...well, TNG, it's been a long time.)

Also when the hell did I become such a Gaius/Number 6 shipper? Oh wait, the pilot. But still. They're so fantastically fucked up. I knew immediately that the other Cylon would be her. Though 'his' Number 6's reaction was unexpected, and the way he handled it was just...I love how I never know whether I'm supposed to be cooing or twitching with them.

And an incidental point, ep 9, with the virus and Sharon is brought up to the CC - when they're showing all the reaction shots of 'OMG toaster on deck!!' Gaeta's reaction is not shown. And he's very patient working with her. Yeah. I still want to know what exactly is his story. He gave other-Sharon the gun, dammit. But does this Sharon know, or...

Okay, I'm ready for the next episode now, plzkthx.

Told ya it was a kick ass ep! I second the NEEDING of the next ep...NOW!

And I pegged Ro in like a second flat, surprisingly enough. She spoke and I was like...heeeey, isn't that?

And I MISS YOU *whimper* wish we had been able to watch this season together...well, second half of it we will, in JAPAN! :)

...Actually I was planning on letting you know when I went and got an lj for my real life, as this one is indeed pretty much 100% fanning and thus is a little...er...embarrassing. Except for the places where it's really, really embarrassing. Like the writing smut for kids' cartoons places. But if you're here I guess the cat has already flown the coop. Or however that goes. And I would like to keep up with your amazing adventures!

and, yes, the Online Mother is a peculiar effect indeed of this electronic age...
