Oh wonderful! I love how you write Lex so scheming, so very cleaver and full of... er... sneakynes? Inteligence? Manipulation? Ah heck, all of the above.
My favorite thing about your stories I think, aside from the great characterisation ect, is the fact you have 'plot.'
A lot of good writers lack this, but your stories always have action and adventure and the kind of things that make me watch the show, as well as awsome characterisation. It's such a heady mix... I love it!
A wonderful chapter!
Also, a left a review on FFN for Safeguard. Do you ever intend to finish that fic? Just wondering because I really enjoyed it.

Hee, so glad you're still enjoying it! Sneaky!Lex is so much fun. I love him when he's being all manipulative and super-genius-y. All the more when he's sekkritly doing it for the side of Right! ^^

And yes, Safeguard will be finished, I solemnly promise that! Can't vouch for when I'll get to it, but don't worry, I have the end in mind and it will come. Thanks for the lovely reviews, too, I really appreciate them.

I continue to love the Robert/Lex by-play. Poor Robert, so confused. And this version of Lex? I definitely love. Great fun!! And ditto to yma2's comments about about the heady mix of plot and characterization. Very much why I admire your stories, too. Not to mention that I think your writing itself just keeps getting better and better.

So utterly cool in a crisis, always thinking ahead of everyone else, and having such fun playing the 'bad guy' -- Clark is one lucky alien to have snagged this particular supervillain. *happy purr* Great, great story!
