A bit later than expected, mainly because of my aforementioned trouble with smut and the writing thereof. Even when it's quite light smut! Sigh. Don't expect much out of this; as I said before, it's fluff, really, albeit fluff with a superhero identity Agenda. Which promptly gets lost in the semi-smut but hey, what can you do? Hope you enjoy it in spite of itself!

Lex is kidnapped and it's Clark to the rescue as usual, but he might not be ready for all he finds.

The layers of secrets made this particularly good and the temporary misunderstandings during the reveal(s). For some reason, sex in the room of secrets is always particularly hot and this was no exception. Loved this!

It was a wonderful story, and I really didn't think of the Kents as very mean--their response was perfect for them and totally in character. I liked the whole conversation they had very much. And Lex gave the best explanation of the Kent's animosity ever.

The thing is, I really like the Kents...or at least, the idea of the Kents, what they're like in my head. Writing them in show-character I don't always like how they come across. But I do think they have reason to be wary of Lex's closeness...

Sex in the Secrets Room! So awesome. And kinda reminds me what a weird show SV is, to supply us with these characters and that setting.

Of course now Lana and Helen are going to be all rejected and vengeful, and Pete is going to be jealous, and Smallville is going to be homophobic and Lex is going to have Edge killed. Well, at least Lex is probably more competent at blowing the spaceship up than Clark is, if they don't break up until then. (Wtf, why does my mind insist on tragedy?)

Considering the emphasis on secrets there was nowhere else the sex could be! I love the idea of Clark putting Lex up against the wall in the right way, when the wall is the screen of the crash...

Helen's quite vengeful enough already, better for Lex to find that out sooner than later! Though Lex taking out Edge is bound to cause some trouble (heh, you caught that ^_^) And blowing up the ship, yeah...I didn't think that far ahead! The key to happy endings is knowing when to stop telling the story...

This was wonderful! :-) I loved the way Clark revealed his secrets, and I was blown away by the way Lex reacted. That moment, in the car, when Lex realizes that Clark's going to tell him, and he almost goes after him...that was awesome. I LOVED this. Thank you very much for sharing it.

Awww, this is so sweet! I loved Clex season 1 and 2; they were so obviously flirty. And I love it when Clark tells Lex the truth of his own volition. I also like that Clark asked Lex the question of why they're friends.

Ths smut was good, don't worry. And I didn't feel that the Kents were too harsh or anything.

Yeah, s1-2 Clex is candy-sweet and I love it. Just wish they'd actually talked it out like this in the show, things could've gone so differently! Stupid destiny!

Awww! I love Clark being sweet and nervous and goofy. I always forget about that side of him when he's being a stupid jerk. This story reminded me why I like him. I especially loved the guilt fest at the end where Clark and Lex argue over which of them has more wronged the other by being their friend. It was a discussion that needed to happen. I always love your essay/slash stories. Thanks for another great one!

Yes, this is definitely how season two should have gone! I love Lex and Clark both feeling guilty and forgiving each other their secrets! Lex's protectiveness is awesome--as is Clark's. This is exactly how the blue room should have been revealed, closely followed by the sex of course! *happy sigh*

As far as I'm concerned, hot smexing is what the chamber of secrets is for! So however it was revealed, it definitely should have gone differently than what we saw... :P
