Okay, Keller was promoted because she's actually the only doctor on Atlantis! (except there's a zillion white shirts in the opening scene, so why aren't any of them helping Zelenka with the medical scanner?)
Zelenka is a bit nervous of John when he's in Scary!Colonel-missing-teammate!mode!
Ice planet! (Is it too much to hope that next ep Daniel & Rodney escape outside into the snow and have to snuggle for warmth? ...Yeah, I thought so. Still. Hope!)
Doranda reference! And endgame machine and Rodney has to turn it on because Daniel will get killed otherwise (that's so the difference between SG-1 and SGA, SG-1 is all "noble sacrifice for good of the universe!" and SGA is all "no flipping way!")
Todd! Being Todd! Only he really didn't seem to be planning a betrayal until this happened...
Ronon's fix-all solution: get a gun and kill some Wraith!
Eeep bad side-effects! And Rodney doesn't even flinch when the aliens tell him stop, just speeds up typing! And gets zappied for his efforts! (Guilt, Rodney, guilt!)
Teyla doesn't want to leave but has to! John can handle Radek as well as Rodney, in different ways!

Okay, now I've scrubbed my brain -- Bantla was a match made in heaven, but alas, not techy enough for my fic. I wound up going with Tike (Teyla/Exercise Bike... it has a digital readout!) What about Teyla/Athosian Cigarette Lighter? (The only pairing name I can come up with on that hurts my brain worse than the mental image.)
