xparrotSo this evening I'm off to Baltimore for Otakon, along with most of the rest of the East Coast. I'm not a big con-goer, but it's become an institution for me & my sis. Should be great fun as always. And I was roped into cosplaying; I'll be the not male Luffy trailing around sister Zoro and brother Hawk-eyes Mihawk on Friday, and Reno of the Turks some other time. At least my bro should be easy to spot - he made the black sword. It's over six feet long. I can't wait to see this thing in person.
Just hope the drive down is less, er, eventful than last year. *pats her Kazuya-kun*. And that I can find my way to the hotel on my own...yes, this is my fouth year. Yes, the convention is in the same center as the last three years. Yes, my directional sense is somewhere between Sohma Hatsuharu's and Roronoa Zoro's. Wish me luck!
