Oh, Shinpachi! I could hear his voice so clearly in this part, his and Kagura's both.

And things are starting to make sense! For a given, Gintama-like level of sense.

That last line, too -- Shinpachi is a lot more like Gintoki that he thinks he is. ♥

Hee~ - Gintama sense is the best kind of sense!...or, well, not; but it's unique and special anyway, and I'm glad I'm achieving it ^^

(To be honest I'd just as well you read it now rather than before; I've had a chance to rewrite a few of the later scenes and I think they're stronger now. And no matter when you read it, glad you're enjoying it~! ^_^)
